Over the last 23+ years Divinitea has made numerous tea and herbal blends to address health/wellness and trends. Simple herbs to assist you i.e. Calm down the anxiety covid brings with chamomile, rooibos and lavender
As an example. Reducing caffeine also helps (there are low to no caffeine blends). White and green teas have low caffeine where herbal Yerba Mate has a slight stimulant like caffeine but much gentler.
