Order By December 13 For Christmas Delivery*
Under normal circumstances, we recommend customers order by December 13 to ensure delivery before Christmas. And while we still make this general recommendation, it is come to our attention very recently of shipping delays with USPS packages. We have noticed a small, but unusual percentage of orders taking longer than normal to reach our customers.
Please know that we do our utmost to ship out orders as quickly as possible, but that once we ship orders out, it is in the USPS network and we have no control over how fast it arrives.
If your package experiences delays, you can visit the USPS “Find Missing Mail” page. There, you will find instructions on how to follow up on the status of your delivery and what to do if you believe you are having problems with your shipment.

What if I miss the 12/13 deadline?!?
If you miss the Dec. 13 deadline or are concerned about USPS delays, you can still purchase our Web Gift Cards. They are delivered instantly to your recipient’s email address and you can include a gift message. Or you can stop by our Halfmoon NY store to order right through Christmas Eve.
If you really feel inclined to order online past 12/13 for Christmas delivery, the closer you are to the East Coast, the more likely your order is to arrive in time. Please note however, that we have large order volumes during this time, so we cannot place a rush order and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Really, now is your best time to order.

Our Halfmoon NY store will be open both Christmas Eve and New Years Eve for limited hours. This includes our customer service phone line.
